Life in Lilly

Happy Sunday ya’ll! I hope everyone enjoyed the weekend and the start of a new year. I’m still in disbelief that 2015 is over, as I’m sure most of you are as well. But, I have good news for you friends- if you haven’t already heard. While the holidays may be over, the Lilly Pulitzer sale will officially take place 8:00 AM on Monday (tomorrow!). This is HUGE as the sale is only offered twice a year (generally in August and January). Now is the time to stock up on your favorite pieces, since most items will be marked 50-70% off. My biggest piece of advice would be to create an account ahead of time (complete with address/credit card information) and be logged in a few minutes before 8:00. This year there will be a virtual line similar to the sale in August, so make sure you purchase everything you like, because as soon as you do you will be put back at the end of the line. Also- only because I’ve made this mistake before in the past- check out quick, as the items in your cart aren’t guaranteed to be yours until checkout processes. Phew…..enough with all of those details. Needless to say, I’m very pumped and have my eyes on an elsa (or two) and most likely another Layton dress (perfect for work!).

So in honor of the Lilly sale, I wanted to share two of my favorite warm weather looks. I picked up the “Under the Palms” Carol Shift and the “Entourage” Elsa Top during past sales, and I love them!
