Happy Wednesday friends! I hope everyone is having a fabulous week so far. This post has been a long time coming (not sure why I didn’t jump on this sooner!), but I’m excited to announce that every Wednesday I’ll be featuring a new ‘Work Style’ post on simple yet chic.
If you follow along on Instagram (kimsyc), you may have noticed that I post a work outfit of the day most mornings. Because lets face it, most of my wardrobe consists of work appropriate pieces that I can mix and match and also wear on the weekends (more bang for your buck!) I thought it would be fun to bring my work outfits to the blog, for those looking for a little inspo….
So for today’s first post, I’m sharing my favorite patterned pants. Ya’ll these pixie pants from Old Navy were a life changing find I discovered a few years back. Not only are they super affordable (hello under $30 and often on sale for as low as $15!), but they come in a variety of sizes to fit all body types. Old Navy also comes out with the cutest prints too, in addition to the standard black/blue pants (which obviously I own, lol!)
This gingham print has been a favorite of mine for the last few months. I’ve worn this pair way too many times (not sorry!) and especially love pairing the pants with a lace top. The mix of textures/patterns is chic, yet fun! I’ve gone ahead and linked some more options below <3
Are you a fan of patterned pants? If you work in an office environment, what’s your dress code like? (I’m always curious about this!)

My office dress code is ‘whatever’ goes. Literally! I’m the only female in our entire office but the guys wear anything from jeans & baseball hats to dress pants & button-ups. SUCH a wide variety. I try to stay somewhat dressy at least 3 days of the week and those patterned pants would be perfect for me! LOVE the idea of a ‘work style’ Wednesday & can’t wait to see what else you come up with for fun work attire!
xox,
Kristin

Oh wow, that really is such a variety! Our office definitely has a mix…I try to stick somewhere in the middle with ‘business casual’ and a little more ‘casual’ on Fridays 🙂 XO!
